Calendar of Events for next week
We invite the public to join us on Sunday, March 22, 2026, for our 9 a.m. and/or 10 a.m. worship service. We are located at 305 Jansen Ave., in Johnstown. The First Worship, 9 a.m. contemporary service will feature top 10 Christian music with a short message by Pastor Brad Chesebro. Our 10 a.m. worship service with Pastor Brad Chesebro will feature our talented musician, Malcolm Kogut along with our FWC Choir. Sunday School starts at 10:15 am. Everyone, regardless of your denomination, is welcome to join us for worship! We have coffee hour after the 10 am service to enjoy some fellowship and a snack with friends.

April 4, 2026, will be the Council of Churches, Easter Egg Hunt here at FWC. We break up the age groups in an attempt to make it fair for everyone. It starts at 10 am in our Fellowship Room and the Gym. It is a free event. There will be cookies for after and free children’s books.
Join us April 2nd, on Maundy Thursday for Conversation and Communion at 6:30 pm which will be led by Paster Brad in our fellowship lounge.
On Good Friday we will be serving up a fish fry for our First Friday Feast. It will be served with french fries, coleslaw and ricotta cookies. All for $10. Dine in or takeout available. Use the rear door from 4-6 pm.
Although it is still over a month away, we will be selling pre-sale tickets for our Sturgess BBQ coming up on April 22nd! $16 for Chicken or Ribs from 2-6 in the Auto Zone Parking Lot, Johnstown.
F.W.C. Office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Pastor Brad’s office hours are by appointment only. Call the church (518)725-9611 or send an email to office@fwc3.org for an appointment.
If you are looking for a venue to have a party or gathering indoors, contact us to inquire about our room and gym rental rates. Whether it is a birthday party or a baby shower, we have a room to accommodate you. Book your date for your next event soon! The weekends for March and April are filling up fast.
